About me

In 2008 I founded Bering Interim Management. During my career in the energy sector I have gained much experience with customer service processes, in various management positions. In 1999 I switched to the financial sector (payment processing), in which I have developed into an all-round HRM manager. I have supervised many complex projects, such as international mergers, reorganizations and negotiations for collective labour agreements. I would very much like to use my knowledge and experience in order to help other organizations improve their HRM and customer processes.

As an interim change manager, specialized in HRM and Customer Services, I am keen on improving business results. Improvements are reached by analyzing processes, which form the basis of my proposals for alternative solutions, which in turn lead to smoother and enhanced processes at a lower cost. My solutions are transparent, easily implementable and are always supported by the staff involved.
